We are looking for an experienced immigration advisor to lead and grow our dedicated immigration division within our thriving business. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aberdeen, offering a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected brand.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on all aspects of UK immigration law. Your role will encompass:
- Sponsor Licence Management: Assisting clients with obtaining and maintaining UK Sponsor Licences.
- Skilled Worker Visas: Managing the entire application process for Skilled Worker visas.
- Right-to-Work Advice: Providing expert guidance on UK immigration rules and right-to-work requirements.
- Personal Immigration Matters: Advising clients on a range of personal immigration issues.
- Client Relationship Management: Building strong client relationships through proactive communication, training, and ongoing support.
- Immigration Compliance: Ensuring all immigration activities within the business comply with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of UK immigration law, including Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Licenses, and Right to Work requirements.
- Manage the entire visa application process, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of immigration rules and regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive immigration applications.
- Provide clear and concise advice to clients on complex immigration matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and client service.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on immigration compliance.
- Stay abreast of all changes to UK immigration law and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our immigration services.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- OISC/IAA/SRA registration is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of UK Immigration Law, including all relevant visa categories, application procedures, and requirements.
- Proven experience in providing expert immigration advice to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work effectively and meet tight deadlines.
