We are looking for OSCE Trainers to join our training team supporting internationally trained nurses preparing for NMC registration. You will be part of a team that trains nurses from all over the world to help them pass their OSCE exam and successfully transition into their roles as registered nurses in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of OSCE training curriculum aligned with NMC standards and competencies.
  • Deliver clinical education programmes to individuals and groups.
  • Support and mentor international nurses from recruitment through to clinical placement.
  • Provide specialist guidance on NMC OSCE preparation, skills performance, and best practice.
  • Ensure nurses have the practical skills and knowledge to sit their OSCE exam on time.
  • Provide academic, professional, and clinical support throughout the learning journey.
  • Review programme outcomes and feedback to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with wider teams to ensure best practice and consistent delivery.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • UK Registered Nurse
  • Ideally gained NMC pin through the OSCE route
  • Significant post‑registration clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of OSCE exam format, assessment methods, and simulation tools
  • A teaching/mentorship qualification or equivalent experience
  • Immediate Life Support / Advanced Life Support and manual handling training
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
