As part of our expansion and the launch of a new immigration division, we are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys client-facing work and wants to be part of a structured, growing immigration practice under the leadership of an Immigration Lawyer.

The Role

You will provide expert immigration advice and application support to clients, working closely with the Immigration Lawyer to deliver compliant, high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on UK immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas and Sponsor Licences
  • Manage end-to-end immigration applications
  • Provide Right-to-Work and compliance advice
  • Assist clients with Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing compliance
  • Prepare and submit accurate immigration applications
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Support clients with personal immigration matters
  • Stay up to date with changes in immigration rules and guidance

Requirements:

  • IAA (former OISC) registration (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures
  • Proven experience advising clients on immigration matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | Office-based, Aberdeen, Scotland
