As part of our expansion and the launch of a new immigration division, we are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys client-facing work and wants to be part of a structured, growing immigration practice under the leadership of an Immigration Lawyer.
The Role
- Provide expert immigration advice and application support to clients, working closely with the Immigration Lawyer to deliver compliant, high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on UK immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas and Sponsor Licences.
- Manage end-to-end immigration applications.
- Provide Right-to-Work and compliance advice.
- Assist clients with Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing compliance.
- Prepare and submit accurate immigration applications.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Support clients with personal immigration matters.
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration rules and guidance.
Requirements:
- IAA (former OISC) registration (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures.
- Proven experience advising clients on immigration matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday | Office-based, Aberdeen, Scotland
