We’re looking for a Head of User Acquisition to lead performance marketing and growth strategy across all Enver titles. You’ll own the roadmap for paid user growth, scaling campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. This role blends creative instincts with analytical precision — you’ll partner with content and data teams to make sure every dollar spent drives meaningful player growth and retention.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

🚀 Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute UA strategies for Enver’s portfolio of games across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Own the full funnel from creative testing to campaign scaling and post-install retention.
  • Manage and allocate multi-million-dollar budgets efficiently across global markets.
  • Identify new opportunities for player acquisition through creators, UGC content, and viral media.

📊 Data-Driven Optimization

  • Analyze daily campaign performance metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, cost-per-event).
  • Partner with the data team to build automated dashboards and performance reports.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Implement attribution and cohort tracking best practices across all campaigns.

🎨 Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head of Content and marketing team to ideate, brief, and optimize high-performing ad creatives.
  • Turn organic viral trends into scalable UA campaigns.
  • Guide creative testing frameworks — ensuring Enver stays on top of platform trends and player behavior.

🌍 Leadership & Cross-Functional Impact

  • Lead a small but growing team of media buyers, analysts, and growth specialists.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to align in-game events, IAP promotions, and retention mechanics with ad strategy.
  • Report growth insights and strategy updates directly to studio leadership.
  • Build relationships with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to unlock early access to betas and new ad products.
WHO YOU ARE
  • 5–8 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth for gaming, mobile, or entertainment brands.
  • Proven success managing and scaling paid campaigns across multiple geos and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, IronSource).
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of LTV modeling, attribution, and retention optimization.
  • Experience managing budgets of $500k+ monthly.
  • Creative thinker who understands the blend of art + data in modern UA.
  • Based in London or New York City (hybrid role with in-person collaboration).
IMPORTANT POINTS
  • Experience launching and scaling free-to-play or live-service games.
  • Understanding of Gen Z/Alpha behavior, creator marketing, and community-led growth.
