Envelope Labour Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Technical Sales Manager, with experience in the building envelope/facade sector. The role covers the North-West of England sales area. Our client is a multi-national, family-run business, looking to further expand their operations to match ever-increasing demand. Specialising in the manufacture and sale of air and wind proofing products in the building envelope sector, our client strives for a world of zero energy loss buildings, and would like you to be part of that.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will engage with main contractors, subcontractors and building envelope consultants, while also networking within the industry. Your primary focus will be on façade solutions, helping window, drylining and SFS manufacturers or installers. Your main responsibility is to identify new projects and establish connections with key stakeholders to secure business. Leveraging your industry knowledge and networking flair, you will sell high-standard products and services. Through CPDs, specification advisory and on-site toolbox talks, you will provide immediate technical advice and hands-on product training to our valuable customers. With determination and enthusiasm, you will manage the Greater London Area and invest in long-term relationships to achieve a sustainable increase in sales.
