- Reports To: EVP Strategic Partnerships
- We are seeking an organised and analytical Junior Marketing and Insights Analyst to support marketing and commercial insights in our London office
- Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, conference attendance and engagement and other external activities
- Create and maintain accurate marketing records, contact lists, calendars and activity trackers
- Support in development of marketing materials and content, including social media, collateral and website upkeep
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective delivery of marketing activity
- Track marketing activity, deadlines and deliverables, ensuring actions are followed through
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing administration, processes and ways of working
- Build and maintain CRM dashboards that consolidate client, market, and relationship data into clear, actionable insights
- Produce regular reports and summaries on client activity, pipeline, and relationship trends for senior stakeholders
- Develop consistent standards for client data capture and information governance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes around client intelligence and reporting
- Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support to wider commercial and strategy initiatives across the business, contributing to projects as priorities evolve
