Join Envea, a global leader in environmental monitoring technology. Our Engineering Department designs, builds, installs, and commissions world-class Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and fixed gas detection solutions across the globe. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Installation Technician to support the delivery of high-quality engineering projects from build through to installation and commissioning.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels and systems to technical drawings.
  • Install mains, LV, control, and communication wiring.
  • Fit and integrate instrumentation, control equipment, and analyser housings.
  • Carry out pneumatic layouts and installations.
  • Complete QC testing and resolve any defects.
  • Travel to client sites (Monday–Friday), with occasional workshop work as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in industrial installation, production, or manufacturing.
  • NVQ, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control systems.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or sound knowledge).
  • Pneumatic experience and valid driving licence.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player with great attention to detail.
  • Willing to mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.

Desirable: IPAF, COMPEX, CCNSG qualifications.
