We're looking for a proactive Stores & Logistics Associate to join our Operations team and help keep our manufacturing and customer deliveries running smoothly.
The Role This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll manage the flow of materials through the business, from receiving goods and maintaining stock to preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect and book in deliveries using our ERP system.
Maintain accurate stock levels and support production.
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders safely and efficiently.
Arrange courier shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
Support goods-in quality inspections and supplier returns.
Keep the stores area organised, safe and efficient.
Assist the wider Operations team as required.
What We're Looking For Essential Experience in a stores, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Experience packing products for dispatch.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience using an ERP or stock control system.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills.
Desirable Warehousing & Storage qualification (NVQ Level 2/3).
Experience in electronics or instrumentation manufacturing.
Knowledge of shipping systems or mechanical drawings.
