The Role
ENVEA UK is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial pollution monitoring devices. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Associate to take ownership of our material flow. In this multi-skilled role, you will manage everything from the receipt of delicate instrumentation components to the final dispatch of our global products. If you have a flexible attitude and a "hands-on" approach to warehouse management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods Inward: Unpack and inspect incoming materials, perform quality control checks, and accurately book items into the ERP system.
- Stores Management: Maintain organized kitting processes to support the manufacturing line, perform regular cycle counts, and ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Dispatch & Shipping: Expertly pack high-precision instruments for global transit, arrange daily shipments via courier software, and coordinate with the logistics team on documentation.
- Quality & Inspection: Support the "Goods In" inspection process to ensure all materials meet ENVEA’s high quality standards and manage supplier returns when necessary.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Proven background in a production or stores environment. Experience with secure packing methods for fragile goods is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems and courier software.
- Education: Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent). An NVQ Level 2/3 in Warehousing & Storage is a plus but not essential.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong professional communication skills, and the ability to assist across the wider Operations department when needed.
