What You’ll DoIn this exciting and varied role, you’ll be the face of ENVEA, delivering expert service and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include:
- On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA’s state-of-the-art equipment at industrial sites.
- Customer Training: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Share your field insights with our internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.
We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has:
- A degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment.
- Previous field service experience (a plus).
- Knowledge of gas analysers or particulate emission monitors (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
- You’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re resilient, organised, and can prioritise tasks effectively.
- You have a logical mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- You’re flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges.
