This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or purchasing experience, or for a motivated individual eager to begin a career in Supply Chain.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across purchasing, stock control, supplier management, and production support within a growing international business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating daily with suppliers via phone and email to track orders and deliveries
  • Updating and maintaining our ERP system with accurate, real-time information
  • Supporting the production team with delivery updates and resolving material shortages
  • Purchasing materials, consumables, and equipment required for production
  • Assisting with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Carrying out stock checks and investigating inventory discrepancies
  • Helping resolve invoice queries and maintaining purchasing records and reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Confident communicators with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other IT systems
  • Interested in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Manufacturing operations
  • Positive, reliable, and eager to learn

Skills & Experience

  • GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) and A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in Purchasing, Manufacturing Administration, or Material Control is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Sage would be an advantage
