Join Our Engineering Team & Make a Difference! Do you enjoy working on cutting-edge projects and travelling to different client sites? At Envea Global, our engineering team plays a key role in the design, build, installation, and commissioning of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Fixed Gas Detection projects. As part of our team, you will work on innovative and impactful environmental monitoring projects, ensuring systems are built, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Building & Assembly – Install electrical control panels, racks, and products based on technical drawings and design.
  • Electrical Installation – Install containment systems (trunking, DIN rail, tray work), and wiring termination of mains, LV, control, and communications.
  • Pneumatics – Install, layout, and fit pneumatic systems within installations.
  • On-Site Work – Travel to client sites to install, commission, and troubleshoot systems.
  • Testing & Fault-Finding – Ensure all installations are fully functional, resolving defects and snags as needed before hand over to commissioning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in industrial installations, production, or manufacturing.
  • Relevant qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • IT literate with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, panel build, and system integration and installation.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Full UK Work Permit.
  • IPAF (Powered Access Equipment).
  • CCSNG (Safety Passport Certification).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
