What You’ll Do
- On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find ENVEA’s equipment at industrial sites.
- Customer Training: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Share your field insights with internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment.
- Previous field service experience (a plus).
- Knowledge of gas analysers or particulate emission monitors (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
