We are currently recruiting for multiple positions across the UK. Preferred applicants should be based in, or within a reasonable commuting distance of Central England – West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire.

The Role

  • On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Customer Training: Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaboration: Share field insights with internal teams to drive product innovation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
  • Skills: Logical mindset, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
  • License: A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
  • Pluses: Previous field service experience or knowledge of gas/particulate monitors is advantageous.
