This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced recycling environment. You will be responsible for operating mobile plant, loading material, supporting the Redox Plant, clearing blockages, and ensuring waste is correctly segregated. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 17:00, with overtime and Saturday mornings required when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile plant safely and efficiently.
  • Complete daily pre-start checks.
  • Load the Redox Plant and vehicles as required.
  • Report defects, hazards, accidents, and incidents.
  • Keep plant and working areas clean and tidy.
  • Assist with clearing machine blockages.
  • Ensure correct waste segregation.
  • Follow all health and safety rules and company procedures.

  • Previous mobile plant experience.
