You will direct the SDA team, monitor quality and output, and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards on a 40-hour, three-shift pattern.
You will also provide hands-on guidance to new starters, monitor attendance, and escalate concerns promptly, while promoting a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
