Enva is seeking a Team Leader for SDA Processing at our Stourbridge site. You will support the Operations Manager in safe, efficient daily processing, directing the team and helping meet production and quality targets while upholding health, safety and environmental standards.
The role includes basic people management, monitoring attendance and reporting concerns promptly to the Operations Manager. You will work a three-shift pattern, 40 hours per week, and be hands-on in SDA processing.
