Overview

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator (Degreasing) to join our degreasing team at Enva. The successful candidate will ensure all admin tasks are completed in a timely manner, to provide support to Enva customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general office duties, including managing incoming calls and e-mails and directing as required, making calls, etc.
  • Responsible for the daily activities of all the representatives’ paperwork and planning.
  • Support daily admin duties for all degreasing team members.
  • Support the Business Unit Manager on projects, paperwork, and administration duties as required.
  • Respond to messages from customers and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and manage customer expectations.
  • Ensure queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and timely manner with a customer-focused approach.
  • Maintain internal reporting for the customer service department and internal stakeholders.
  • Raise POs for suppliers and manage stock control levels.
  • Input data from division activities into Excel sheets and KPI figures.
  • Book hotels and arrange itineraries for drivers’ nights out.
  • Adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident in dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone and by email.
  • Problem solving and solution-focused ability.
  • Well organized and self-disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships within and outside of the department.
  • High integrity and professional approach in all interactions.
  • Good conflict resolution skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Flexible attitude to the team’s work, including reprioritizing and undertaking additional tasks if required.
  • Friendly personality and team player.
  • Strong PC and technical skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams.
