Overview

We are looking to recruit an Off Site Grader for our customer site in Aylesbury.

Department: E-Waste

Location: Aylesbury - Currys/Knowhow

Responsibilities

  • Visual checks on all white good items arriving on site
  • Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and outlined criteria
  • Health & Safety: Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies. Adhere to all on site rules and regulations
  • Stock Check and Paperwork: Carry out daily paperwork regarding stock that has been checked and passed all checks needed, perform weekly stock checks of items kept on site ready for transport
  • Safe working: Using sack trucks and moving heavy white good items safely
  • Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Teamwork: Work alongside Forklift drivers and floor staff while reporting back to your manager daily

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or with white good is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Able to lift and move heavy goods
