We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our Sales team based at our Colwick site. In this role, you’ll provide key administrative and operational support to the sales function, helping to ensure smooth day‑to‑day sales processes and excellent internal customer service. You’ll act as an important link between the sales team, customers, finance, and operational departments, helping the business deliver an efficient and professional customer experience. This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and Sales Managers.
- Process sales orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, onboarding documents, and other sales documentation.
- Support sales campaigns and customer onboarding activities.
- Coordinate site visits, sampling, and analysis with operational teams.
- Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems.
- Respond to customer and prospect enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with finance and collections teams to support order fulfilment.
- Track sales performance data and assist with reporting.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organise sales materials.
- Support pricing updates, promotions, and product information administration.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal processes.
- Provide additional support to the Head of Department or Commercial Director when required.
