Compensation: £30,000 - £30,900 / year

Main responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with various stakeholders, including HR, Managers and business units to collate and validate historical training records, including attendance registers and certificates.
  • Maintain company training records, ensuring all training data is accurately uploaded to the LMS to ensure business compliance.
  • Management of the Learning and Development SharePoint folders where training certificates are stored.
  • Issue competency records upon request.
  • Production of management reports and Dashboards when required.
  • Attend Management meetings with HR Professionals and managers for business updates.
  • Provide technical support to employees when accessing individual dashboards within the LMS.
  • Keep up to date with Learning Management System functions to ensure the business is getting the most from emerging functions and capabilities.
  • Provide basic administration support to the wider HR Team when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of LMS content and Dashboards and ensure data integrity within the system.
  • Work with the HR Operations Manager and stakeholders to identify and address gaps in training records or compliance requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Time Management.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel.
  • Experience of using a Learning Management System is essential.
