Description
As our HR Business Analyst, you\’ll be the crucial link between HR, IT, and external vendors. You\’ll ensure our new HRIS not only meets our business needs but also propels our strategic HR goals forward. You\’ll be the gatekeeper for Enva\’s HR data across all systems, making sure our employees, customers, and stakeholders can understand and leverage this data to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Here\’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
- Be a key player in the HRIS Implementation Project: From planning to go-live and beyond, you\’ll be instrumental in bringing our new HRIS to life, coordinating closely with HR leadership, IT, and vendors. You\’ll facilitate meetings, define scope, set timelines, and manage deliverables with precision.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: You\’ll conduct in-depth needs assessments with HR stakeholders, documenting business workflows and pinpointing opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- System Configuration & Testing: You\’ll assist with system configuration, setting up user roles, permissions, and designing data structures. Developing and executing robust test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), will be key to a smooth rollout.
- Data Migration & Integrity: You\’ll play a critical role in data mapping, cleansing, and migrating information from our legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and continuity across all modules (payroll, benefits, time tracking, performance, etc.).
- Training & Change Management: You\’ll develop engaging training materials and deliver sessions to empower HR users and employees. Your support for change management initiatives will be vital in driving system adoption and optimizing user experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: You\’ll define reporting requirements and develop insightful dashboards, providing critical data to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Ongoing System Support: Post-implementation, you\’ll be our go-to subject matter expert, maintaining and improving system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates with vendors.
You\’ll also have the opportunity to:
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualization, including business intelligence tools.
- Identify, collect, and migrate data to and from various systems.
- Manage, clean, abstract, and aggregate data, conducting a range of analytical studies.
- Manipulate and link different datasets to uncover deeper insights.
- Summarize and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate and impactful format for users.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent in a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience implementing HRIS platforms (e.g., MHR, Access UK, Success factors, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, etc.) is essential.
- A strong understanding of core HR processes, including the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, HR analytics tools, and business process modelling.
- An HR or Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD).
- Experience with system integrations and HR data security best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
