Enva is seeking a Team Leader for SDA pre-pick at the Stourbridge site. You will lead the SDA pre-pick team, ensuring the shift is safely organized, appropriately resourced and focused on meeting operational, quality and productivity requirements.
The role includes hands-on leadership, basic people-management responsibilities, and coverage of 4 on 4 off shifts (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am). You will monitor performance, ensure safe practices, and support processing throughput.
