The General Operative will play a key supporting role within the Carryduff treatment facility by maintaining high standards of site cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all operational and welfare areas. This role directly supports the IWS Operators by ensuring that processing zones, plant walkways, storage areas, and welfare facilities are consistently clean, safe, and free from hazards, helping to maintain operational flow and compliance. The postholder will contribute to the safe and efficient running of the site by carrying out routine housekeeping duties, spill response, basic waste handling, and general support tasks that enable Operators to focus on machinery operation, waste processing and throughput targets.
