The Brokerage Administrative support is responsible for ensuring customer contracts are current. All administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input new contracts, pricing, and service details are correctly set up.
- Maintain live contracts.
- Ensure group pricing and information is correct.
- Assist with uploading annual price increases on to the internal system.
- Process reports as required to identify incorrect or missing data.
- Support Senior Co-Ordinators with contract updates and analysis.
- Complete group updates on internal system.
- Update customer contact details where required.
- Cleanse data – expire contracts.
- Assist updating all required compliance documentation from subcontractors (e.g. waste licences, insurance, permits).
- Ensure weight reports and service reports are received, recorded, and available for reporting purposes.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Management of your own daily workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Other duties as required to support the department.

- Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and adopt a professional approach in all interactions – should be transparent, open and honest in all dealings.
- Good conflict resolution skills based on a ‘Can do’ attitude.
- A flexible attitude to the team’s work, including a willingness to reprioritise and undertake additional tasks if required.
- Strong PC and technical knowledge and skills with an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Teams.
