To boost the overall customer experience by ensuring that all Brokerage Waste services are delivered seamlessly on time, within budget and with a customer centric approach with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- To respond to all messages in a professional and timely manner from customers, partners and internal teams.
- Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and managing customer’s expectations.
- To engage with partners to resolve customer queries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner with a customer-focused approach. Escalate where necessary.
- Where applicable, contact vendor for a change of services and requirements for any brokered service.
- Process orders for Ancillary products from suppliers.
- Input contract and pricing updates as requested.
- Investigate and resolve any trade waste invoice issues, where required.
- To ensure effective and accurate scheduling of additional services are completed on time.
- Keep customers informed, update contracts, and manage prior POs for service.
- Infinis Trade Waste Management - manage requests, liaise with the Infinis team and business partners, and confirm completed services.
- To produce accurate reports for clients on the usage of their waste services – within SLA, as and when requested.
- Maintain internal reporting for the brokerage department.
- Assist with new site set up’s and roll outs within SLA and budget.
- Ensure professional onboarding calls are made to share timelines of events with customers, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed.
- Site closures are completed accurately, arranging for removal of bins and skips.
- Confidential waste - Adding service to the contract or requesting bulk collections.
- Maintaining the internal CRM tool to ensure all records are accurate.
- Management of your own daily workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Other duties as required to support the brokerage department.

- Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and adopt a professional approach in all interactions – should be transparent, open and honest in all dealings.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and / or systems.
- Maintaining and building rapport with customers and sub-contractors, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
- Good conflict resolution skills based on a ‘Can do’ attitude.
- A flexible attitude to the team’s work, including a willingness to reprioritise and undertake additional tasks if required.

- Strong PC and technical knowledge and skills with an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Teams.
