To support this growth, additional pre‑pick shifts have been introduced, requiring enhanced supervision and coordination to maintain safe and efficient operations. As a Telehandler Operative at Enva, you will play a key role in supporting pre‑pick and SDA processing operations through the safe and efficient movement of materials across the site. • Equipment Checks: Carry out daily pre‑use checks on the telehandler and report any faults or defects immediately.
  • Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Follow all site rules and safe systems of work, ensuring safe operation of plant and reporting any risks or incidents.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre‑pick operatives, supervisors and wider site teams to meet daily targets.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe and organised yard and operational area at all times.

This role primarily supports pre‑pick operations; however, you may be required to assist other areas of the site in line with business needs and where appropriately trained.
