Enva is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, with locations across the United Kingdom and Ireland. We operate across 4 core waste streams: Hazardous Materials, Non-Hazardous Materials, Hydrocarbons and General Waste Recycling.
Our site in Perth is dedicated to the recycling of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) which includes fridges, large appliances such as dishwashers to small electrical appliances such hairdryers and kettles. If it has a plug we recycle it.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Producing quotations
- Raising sales orders and paperwork
- Supporting the office manager
- Supporting with tenders and proposals
- Providing customer support
- General office administration
- Reception and weighbridge duties as required
Key Skills
- Able to prioritise and organise your workload.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Microsoft Office experience is essential (including teams, outlook, word and excel)
- Previous experience in a sales/purchase administration role is desirable.
Benefits
- The Salary is £26,000 per year.
- Your hours of work are 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm based at our Perth facility, with 0.5 hour unpaid for lunch.
- 28 days holiday per year plus 4 public for Christmas and New Year
