The Team The Brand Partnerships team is comprised of frontline sellers and partner managers who work cohesively to drive revenue and deliver best‑in‑class partnerships. Based across London and New York, we operate with a highly collaborative, strategic mindset and a “one team, one dream” approach to supporting each other and our clients. This is a new role within the team, created to further strengthen our commercial capabilities. We value in‑person collaboration and there is an expectation for weekly office attendance.
The Sales Service Executive (SSE) is an early‑career sales “utility player” who works horizontally across the Brand Partnerships business development team. The role is designed to increase Individual Contributor (IC) seller capacity in the near term while developing strong foundational sales skills through hands‑on deal support, prospecting, and pitch development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IC sellers to support active deals and pipeline development across multiple accounts.
- Qualify leads, support client relationship management, and assist senior sellers in driving revenue.
- Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, inbound/outbound lead generation, and cold outreach.
- Collate and help interpret data about audiences, making sure it is available and up to date.
- Stay informed on industry trends to help keep the team & BLAST positioned for success.
- Provide ad hoc sales operations support as needed.
- Support pre-sale concept ideation by liaising with internal ecosystem teams to shape sellable content, activations, and partnership ideas.
- Help build sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of BLAST’s products, offerings, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop toward a future IC sales role with increasing ownership of accounts and commercial conversations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role.
- B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
- Exposure to sponsorships, media, marketing, or partnerships is a plus.
- Comfort working across multiple deals, accounts, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curious, coachable, and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to travel.
