Delivery Consultant - German Speaking (Entry Level or experienced)
Base Salary: £27k + (depending on experience) Uncapped Commission (no threshold) Monthly cash allowances and other benefits
Location: London - Angel, 4 days onsite per week

The company recruits into the niche and buoyant telecoms space, with well over 40 accounts under their belt meaning you will be busy from day 1 with projects to work on. You will be based in their fun and vibrant North London office and have the opportunity to travel to their other offices in Dusseldorf and the South Coast. The role:
As a ‘Delivery Consultant’ your role is to identify, source, screen and place suitable candidates with very niche skill sets into the roles they have with their interesting technology clients. Their clients are mostly based in Germany and Switzerland. The standard elements of your role include:
- Understanding a variety of complex role briefs
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Creating very tailored searches for candidates on the database and platforms such as LinkedIn
- Producing compelling headhunting outreach
- Confident cold calling candidates
- Running in depth candidate phone screening calls
- Understanding candidate needs and career preferences
- Pitching roles into suitable candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Presenting and managing offers to candidates
- Working with candidates to ensure confidence from call 1 to start date
- Formatting CVs and creating compelling coversheets
The majority of your day will be spent on the phone with candidates!
For the first 3 months you will work directly under one of the 2 Directors and receive training from an industry expert recruitment trainer. You will then be allocated your own accounts and transition to work with the senior sales team who have received leadership training to ensure you are well looked after. The role will eventually evolve into a 360 recruitment consultant position.
