You will play a key role in identifying candidates for important vacancies across high value clients, conducting market research, and managing high-level client and candidate interactions.   • Presenting research in an actionable way.
  • Professional networking.
  • Cold calling through lists of individuals identified to headhunt (candidate outreach).
  • Running candidate screening calls and in-person candidate meetings.
  • Setting up meetings for senior colleagues and helping with prep and follow-up.
  • Shadowing on meetings and pitches.
  • Supporting with pitch decks and proposals.
