The Opportunity

The office is in a stunning building in Vauxhall, a perfect commute from Clapham and Putney, and has a lively culture where everyone enjoys to socialise and be active.

The Business

This role is with a tech recruitment business who are leader in their field after being in operation for eight years. They are now going through an exciting regeneration and are looking for a graduate to join their small, successful team as they hit the next stage in their growth journey. They have an exceptional list of clients already and the reason for this hire is to come in, hit the ground running alongside one of the business partners, and learn fast on the job.

Who is the ideal candidate

Although they have been in operation for a while, this role has all of the qualities of an exciting, fast-paced, high-exposure start-up. The team is close-knit, works hard, and is known for their in-depth knowledge of the market and strong delivery capabilities to their clients. To succeed in this role, you must be willing to get stuck in, learn fast, learn on the job, and put in the hours, there is very good money to be made fast for the right candidate.

You will also:

  • Already be in London, an easy commute to Vauxhall. Relocation is not an option.
  • Be able to start ASAP
  • Be excited to be in the office 9-6, 4 days a week (Wednesdays from home)

Role Details

This role will eventually become a 360-recruitment position, running your own desk. Initially, you will be delivering into existing projects with existing clients to contribute fast, earn fast and learn fast.

Interview process

Once completed your video introduction through us ( there will be two stages both onsite in Vauxhall, you must be within an hour's commute.
