Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our specialist team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping to build a strong pipeline for our recruitment services. This is a very unique opportunity for a results-driven individual who is committed to a career in recruitment to learn their craft in a client facing role. The position is fundamental to the sales success of the overall business and comes with exciting, career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within our ideal client profile (ICP)
- Map decision makers and ensure acquisition of accurate contact details
- Build and maintain a database of high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn, the CRM and Lusha
- Track all leads for systematic follow up only putting clean and accurate data on the CRM
- Work closely with the market awareness team to ensure a strong pipeline of leads
Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn and emails.
- Hitting the expected activity standard both on the phone and via written communication
- Expertly deliver the CW Talent Value proposition
- Crate intrigue and educate on the unique service provided by CW Talent
- Deliver tailored messaging to capture interest in our recruitment services.
Qualification:
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit for our services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Meetings to be pre-qualified against BANT
- Schedule meetings into senior colleagues calendars with thorough handover notes
- Send all follow up collateral to new prospects immediately after calling to ensure a tight process
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client pain points to inform sales strategies.

- Is passionate about sales and has experience in a sales-related role

- Confident on the phone and excited to cold call
- Naturally curious inquisitive
- Strong powers of persuasion
- Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal – can competently construct sales emails
- Is self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates a history of exceeding expectations
- Possesses strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence
- Chatty, outgoing and can hold their own with stakeholders of all levels
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
- Languages are not a preference but German or Danish is a huge advantage.

The interview process is a screening call, video submission and an onsite final with the CEO and chance to meet the team.
