Location: Central London, office based 5 days a week

Salary: £26k base salary + uncapped commission

The role

This is a 360 recruitment roles where you will be developed to expertly manage all stages of the recruitment cycle. You must be confident, have initiative and curiosity and not afraid of making cold calls and pitching to clients to win new business.

Tasks will include:

• The entire recruitment cycle (360 recruitment)
• Working within the Built environment and infrastructure division, focusing on the US market (80%) and UK/EMEA (20%)
• Engaging with high-level clients, identifying hiring needs, and delivering top talent
• Specialising in industries such as Energy & Power Delivery and Infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining client relationships through strategic business development
• Following a structured daily routine: 08:30 team kick-off, strategic searches, candidate sourcing, engaging and screening, client outreach, and business development from the start
• Joining with live roles to start working on immediately to start earning commission as quickly as possible
• You will be supported by the very high performing London consultants who are breaking records in their sectors
