This role may join the team formerly known as Onfido, now part of Entrust, and contributes to a comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered, identity-centric security solutions.
Location: Hybrid/Remote-friendly with options for certain locations as noted below.
Responsibilities:
- Enable stakeholders to surface critical data from many sources in the self-service analytics platform to support data-driven decisions.
- Own the end-to-end creation of data products by designing and implementing ELT jobs and building reporting.
- Be accountable for the quality, performance and scalability of the self-service analytics platform.
- Write high-quality code, implement tests and automate where possible.
- Be a trusted partner to a diverse group of stakeholders across Product Managers, Commercial and Operational Analysts and Customer Success / Sales Managers.
- Propose and implement bespoke analytics solutions to address business and technical challenges.
- Educate a diverse group of data users to utilise Onfidoβs tools and data assets and enable self-serve analytics.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and the ability to distinguish between working SQL and performant SQL.
- Strong data visualization skills and the ability to tell data stories using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills; able to summarize complex technical issues and present to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and prioritize the work accordingly.
- Self-starter with initiative in spotting opportunities and solving problems.
- Some experience with Python, Git, dbt, Looker, Snowflake / Redshift / BigQuery is a plus.
