Key Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Delivery Manager- Lead and support a team of Project Managers working across multiple, short‑lived projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align scheduling, resources and priorities
- Maintain clear project planning, documentation and communication throughout the delivery process
- Oversee on‑site quality control and health & safety compliance
- Conduct regular 1:1s and drive a positive, accountable team culture
- Monitor project performance using in‑house software and present key statistics to the management team
- Build strong professional relationships with clients, resolving issues effectively and identifying commercial opportunities
- Escalate resource or performance concerns where needed
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and adherence to company policies
This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you’ll balance leadership, strategic planning and operational delivery.
What You’ll Bring- Proven project management experience in structured cabling infrastructure
- NVQ or equivalent in Structured Cabling Installations
- Experience managing a busy team delivering multiple short‑term projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities

- Exceptional quality standards and a commitment to safe working practices
- Flexible attitude with willingness to travel
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- GCSEs (A*C) in Math and English
- Enhanced DBS Check
