Entrust is currently seeking a Systems Integrator to join the wider Professional Services team, supporting the onboarding of customers onto the IDV platform. The Systems Integrator is responsible for managing clients’ end‑to‑end IDV integrations, delivering two distinct types of customer projects: networking‑led integration projects and, separately, application‑level integrations using APIs and SDKs. The role has a primary focus on networking and connectivity projects, where responsibility centres on coordinating, managing, and delivering customer networking requirements rather than performing low‑level configuration. In parallel, the role also supports API and SDK integration projects by providing technical guidance across the wider integration lifecycle. This position plays a key role within the organisation and reports to the Senior Manager of Implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage networking‑led integration projects as part of customer onboarding, acting as the primary delivery and coordination lead.
  • Coordinate secure connectivity requirements, including IP allow‑listing, network configuration, and VPN setup, working closely with customer infrastructure and security teams.
  • Lead VPN delivery from a project management perspective, including requirements gathering, planning, coordination, validation, and go‑live readiness, without necessarily performing hands‑on network configuration.
  • Manage networking projects independently of application‑level integrations, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks are clearly communicated and tracked.
  • Support application‑level integration projects using APIs and SDKs by providing technical guidance and oversight throughout development, testing, and go‑live phases.
  • Act as a customer‑facing delivery lead, managing expectations, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams such as Engineering, Support, Security, and Professional Services to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, and secure connectivity.
  • Experience managing and coordinating networking or connectivity projects in a delivery or professional services context.
  • Proven client‑facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with customer technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations during technical delivery.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with API and SDK‑based integrations.
  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Exposure to application‑level integrations as part of customer onboarding or implementation projects.

Benefits

  • Career Growth: With learning-forward initiatives and exciting challenges, your growth is our priority.
  • Flexibility: We offer flexible options that fit your lifestyle.
  • Collaboration: Your voice matters; teams thrive on sharing ideas and working together.
