Must be a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Support Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.
The responsibilities will include:
- Direct work with children and families.
- Experienced professional who has a history of working within family support, youth, social care services, education welfare, elective home education or children missing education to promote better outcomes for children, young people, and families.
- Completing comprehensive assessments and plans for children, young people, and families.
- Undertaking direct work with children and young people.
- Experience of working with children, young people, and families with complex needs.
Additional details:
- 35 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
- Immediate Start.
- 3 Month Temporary Contract.
The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current CRB, and be a car driver.
