Qualified Social Worker, Swindon Borough Council, Adults Services Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team. The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment
  • Community Response Hub supports hospital discharges and up to 12 weeks post discharge
  • Report writing
  • Liaise with other professionals

36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)

2 Month Temporary Contract

Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

Successful candidates will benefit from:
