Our Staffordshire based client develops and manufactures a range of inorganic compounds. They are currently recruiting for an R&D Chemist. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be working on a range of projects encompassing:
- Understanding existing compounds and their applications
- Synthesising/developing new materials for applications in inks, films, coatings and others
- Playing an active role in scale-up, technical support and problem-solving exercises
- Ensuring all activities are carried out to Quality and H&S standards
Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry/Materials Science together with previous suitable skills and experience. This is a permanent opportunity, offering an attractive salary depending on skills and experience.
