We are currently recruiting for a QC Analyst to join a busy Quality Control laboratory within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Liverpool.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous laboratory experience, but we are also very happy to consider recent science graduates looking to gain their first experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
The role will involve carrying out routine QC testing of pharmaceutical materials and products, working within a highly regulated GMP laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine laboratory testing and analysis
- Supporting HPLC and other analytical testing
- Preparing samples, standards and reagents
- Accurately recording and reporting analytical results
- Working in accordance with GMP, SOPs and laboratory procedures
- Maintaining accurate laboratory documentation
- Supporting investigations and general QC laboratory activities
- Ensuring testing is completed accurately and within required timescales
We are keen to hear from candidates with Micro or Bioscience backgrounds or other pertinent scientific degrees. Previous experience within a GMP, pharmaceutical or QC laboratory would be advantageous, but is not essential. Recent graduates are very welcome to apply, particularly those with good practical laboratory experience gained through their degree or research projects.
