Our Pharmaceutical client is actively looking for a Manufacturing Manager. Duties for this role will include:
- Site wide management and strategic direction of manufacturing projects within a busy GMP environment.
- Leading by example, maintaining high performance and devising continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implementing new processes, outlining best approach practices for others to follow.
- Liaising with site management leaders, ensuring robust strategies/schedules are communicated and actioned.
- Coaching and developing skills within the team, identifying areas of further development.
- Applying LEAN strategies to tasks and projects.
- Using KPIs to monitor, present and develop further improvement initiatives.
