I am partnered with a growing start up company, developing precision protein antibiotics to tackle Anti Microbial Resistance (AMR). AMR is a major global public health crisis predicted to cause 10 million deaths per year by 2050 at a cost of $100 trillion unless new classes of antibiotics are developed!
This is an exciting role due to the freedom and responsibility attached. As a small business, there are several areas that an experienced Project Manager can make a huge difference. Whilst the initial contract is 2 years, this is hopefully to be extended as the business go through further funding rounds.
Job Summary:
You will have oversight of the development of antibiotic therapies. You will engage with other project teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and effectively communicating with the executive team throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- BSc in a life sciences degree, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in antibiotic or drug development
- Familiarity with the drug development process
