Role Synopsis

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a growing preventative healthcare clinic, combining clinical leadership, operational management, and commercial support in a single role. The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality clinical service delivery while building scalable operational processes to support business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership & Governance
    • Act as Clinical Manager, ensuring clinical standards, patient safety, and quality of care
    • Maintain oversight of clinical governance, risk management, audits, and quality improvement
    • Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical guidelines, and internal policies
    • Provide clinical insight into senior leadership and board-level discussions
  • Clinical Service Delivery
    • Deliver FibroScan examinations in line with clinic schedules
    • Communicate results clearly and professionally to patients
    • Provide high-quality patient care and support throughout the patient journey
  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
    • Develop and improve operational processes and workflows
    • Implement and maintain SOPs and operational documentation
    • Manage scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation

    • Support execution of business strategy alongside the CEO
    • Engage with corporate and individual enquiries

Person Specification

Essential
