We're looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to support the delivery of Phase I-III clinical studies, working closely with investigators, sites and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are delivered to the highest quality standards.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing clinical trial sites from start-up through to close-out
- Conducting SIVs, monitoring and close-out visits
- Ensuring ICH-GCP and protocol compliance
- Maintaining strong relationships with investigators and site staff
- Supporting patient safety, data integrity and inspection readiness
- Working collaboratively with Clinical Operations and external partners
We're looking for:
- Previous CRA experience with independent site monitoring
- Experience conducting SIVs, IMVs and COVs
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- CRO or biotech experience preferred
