Our Yorkshire based client develops and manufactures a range of products for desktop instrumentation. They are actively recruiting for an English/German speaking Technical Support Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area
• Responsibility for day‑to‑day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
• Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
• Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation.

Qualifications

Graduate caliber within Physical Sciences / Engineering and bi‑lingual, with English + German. Must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and communication skills desired.

This is a prominent desk role within a small technical team.

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
