Duties for this position will include:
- Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area.
- Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone.
- Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
- Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation.
This is a predominantly desk role, based within a small technical team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate calibre within Physical Sciences / Engineering.
- Bi-lingual, with English and German.
- Good scientific background and ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly.
- Excellent IT and communication skills preferred.
