Role Summary: Our client develops a range of personal care, healthcare, and cosmetic products. The Senior Development Chemist will support ongoing projects related to product development and manufacture, liaising with technical site teams (Formulation, Regulatory, QA) to ensure project plans are defined and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and review development plans, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage projects from concept to manufacture.
- Monitor raw material demands and ensure smooth transitions.
- Consult with processing teams on critical process points and propose changes.
- Co‑coach Development Chemists working on specific projects.
- Communicate project updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing personal care, healthcare, or cosmetic products.
- Experience managing projects with milestones to support product changes.
