Looking for an experienced NPD Project Manager that takes ownership of the full product development lifecycle. We are seeking an experienced NPD / Project Manager to lead the development and launch of new and existing products from concept through to commercialisation. This role combines product development, project management, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver safe, compliant, and commercially successful products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage NPD and EPD projects through the full stage-gate process.
- Lead formulation development, product improvement, and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Technical, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including CLP, REACH, BPR, COSHH, and Detergent Regulations.
- Support manufacturing trials, scale‑up, and product launch activities.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and supply continuity initiatives.
- Lead and develop the product development team.
Key Requirements
- Experience within FMCG, household, chemical, detergent, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong background in product development and project management.
- Knowledge of CLP, REACH, COSHH, BPR, and related regulations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with manufacturing trials, scale‑up, and commercialisation preferred.
