Our client develops a range of Personalcare / Healthcare products, and they are currently looking for a Senior Development Chemist to support ongoing projects relating to product development and manufacture. This is a pivotal role and will involve liaising with all technical site teams (including Formulation, Regulatory, QA) to ensure project plans are defined and delivered to support any ongoing changes to products.
Additional duties will include:
- Defining / reviewing further development plans and ensuring milestones are met
- Managing projects from concept to manufacture
- Understanding any changes in Raw Material demands and ensuring a seamless transition
- Liaising with processing teams to understand critical points of processes and adding value with any changes that need to be made
- Managing / coaching Development Chemists working on specific projects
- Communicating on project updates
